I’m a computational scientist at the UKAEA, the United Kingdom’s research centre for nuclear fusion. I combine advanced mathematics (numerical analysis, nonlinear programming, and mathematical modelling) and high-performance computing to run faster simulations of the plasma inside fusion reactors (tokamaks).
